Meridian Management Advisors recognizes that executive search engagements are rarely linear and constant. Invariably, there are budgetary issues, timing concerns, strategic business decisions, incumbent dynamics, political ambiguities, and other organizational nuances that significantly impact the outcome of the project. As a result, our firm is committed to structuring a professional consulting services agreement that not only accepts these ambiguities, but also provides a contractual approach that fosters long-term partnership. As our client, you should expect the following:

  • A balanced and equitable consulting fee based on realistic and market-driven executive compensation data
  • A committed retainer to provide dedicated executive recruiting, assessments, and/or organizational advisory services
  • A performance-driven fee structure to ensure a mutually satisfactory completion of the project
  • No hidden or indirect costs
  • Final fee reconciliation based on actual placement's compensation
